Rasco SAM Compound Tape
Double-sided self-adhesive sealing tape made of polymer-modified bitumen without a carrier film. As additional measure for sealing joints when working with Rasco self-adhesive membranes. Suitable as coating for expansion joint strips
The strips are used to improve sealing at longitudinal and transverse joints below Rasco self-adhesive membrane (compound to compound principle), on wall-slab joints, at internal and external corners, edges, hollow grooves, joint sealing profiles, and complicated details such as pipe openings and floor drainage connections. It can also be used for securing insulation and drainage panels, and for coating expansion-joint profiles.
It can be applied to vertical and horizontal surfaces foundation slabs, foundations, balconies, terraces, underground garages, cellar walls and patios, prior application to older bituminous treatments and thick coatings, as well as all known and suitable mineral substrates.
It can also be used for suitable metal-, plastic- and insulating surfaces as well as Rasco self-adhesive membranes.
