all-purpose insulation panel adhesive

Two-component solvent-free, fibre-reinforced, bitumen-emulsion- based adhesive with a hydraulic binding powder used for full-surface, or spot-gluing polystyrene (EPS, XPS) external insulation panels and drainage panels to cellar walls and foundations. It can also be used to stick the above types of panel to each other where there are several layers.
