Highly flexible, solvent-free, UV-stable, crack-bridging coating compound based on a polymer-modified bitumen emulsion, which hardens to a highly elastic, seamless, impermeable membrane for the reliable sealing of building elements.

Used for refurbishing and sealing flat concrete roofs, and for sealing roofs covered with bituminous sheeting. It can be applied to vertical and horizontal surfaces on any mineral-based substrate such as sand-lime brickwork, clay bricks, concrete blocks, concrete, cellular concrete, plaster and screeds, and to any bituminous substrate.

Can also be used to provide permanent protection to underground structures against ground moisture (not for waterproofing buildings and structures according to DIN 18195), and as an intermediate sealing layer on balconies and terraces, in wet rooms, and beneath screeds and paving.
