08 / 2009 - successful relaunch of Rasco’s Internet presence



In the middle of 2009 the Rasco Bitumentechnik GmbH decided to relaunch its Internet presence. For the manufacturer of high quality products for the preservation of structures and buildings the Internet became a more and more important channel of distribution. So the former web presence had to match with the new challenges, furthermore the new web presence should present Rasco’s product range in a modern and pleasant design. It was Rasco’s aim to offer it’s customers a higher standard and more service in online communication.

Rasco’s customers are now provided with useful information about the offered bituminous sealing systems by a consistent product overview and technical product information via pdf-download. At a glance the customer gets information about packaging units, article numbers or about general and special product features. Furthermore additional products are displayed immediately. The application range of each product is illustrated by icons, so that the customer can easily find out, if he is looking for the right sealing system. All this features help to improve the interaction with Rasco’s customers, in case of a request the customer can get directly in contact with the sales department and has all important information on the screen, which makes it easier for the sales staff to deal with the customer’s request.

Rasco produces and distributes only environment-friendly, solvent-free bituminous sealing products. The company’s know how and ecological awareness is optimal presented and communicated by the new Internet presence.
